WELL BEHAVED DOGS WELCOME

Our converted Stable apartment has a cosy  living area with small dining table, two armchairs and log burning stove. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed, plus a kitchenette and shower room. It is set in our non working farm courtyard but completely independent, an ideal country hideaway.

Kitchenette has microwave/combi oven, twin hob, sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge. Access to a shared laundry area which has both washing-machine and a dryer, iron and ironing board.

We can provide a cot and all baby paraphernalia if needed (high chair, toys etc) please ask.

GUEST ACCESS

Accommodation is all on one level.

Parking directly outside with level access.

Guests have access to our garden, which has beautiful views and you can enjoy walks across our fields and adjacent woodland.

COTTAGE RULES

Well behaved dogs are allowed but please keep them under close control, clean up any dog mess and do not allow them on beds or other furniture.

No smoking allowed inside our cottages.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

ON ARRIVAL

We provide a home made loaf of bread, marmalade and jam plus butter, milk, tea & coffee.

Also In the summer we love to share with you fruit from the many trees and bushes and any excess veg from our kitchen garden.

INSIDE

  • TV and DVD player (a selection of books and DVDs are available).
  • Free Wifi 63 Mbps
  • Wood burning stove (first basket of logs supplied - additional logs available £5 per basket).
  • Central heating throughout the cottage.
  • Living area with two comfy arm chairs, small dining table and chairs.
  • Kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave/combi oven, twin hob, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pans and cooking utensils.
  • Access to a shared laundry area which has both washing-machine and a dryer, iron and ironing board.
  • Basic cleaning equipment and products, washing up liquid, dishcloths, tea towels, kitchen roll.
  • Bedroom with one king size bed.
  • A cot and travel cot, plus other baby equipment is available if required (please ask).
  • Freshly laundered bed linen and towels.
  • Hairdryer.
  • Shower room with toilet, hand basin, electric shower.
  • Shower mat, toilet rolls and hand soap.
  • Dog towels and water bowl.

OUTSIDE

  • Access to our beautiful garden with stunning views (shared with other guests).
  • Outdoor seating and tables.
  • BBQ and tools (bring your own charcoal).
  • Access to our fields and woodland areas.
  • Parking in the yard outside the cottage.
  • We can provide secure storage for bicycles during your stay (please ask).
  • Electric Car charging points are available a short drive away in Usk in the South Car Park, Maryport St, NP15 1AD
